TIMING IS EVERYTHING.
Many of the plants we sell are sown in early January by our suppliers and are grown on by us here at the nursery and many are sown here in the spring.
These plants require a lot of dedication and skill to get them ready for selling to the discerning gardening public.
The problem is that many people do not realise how the cold wet weather can damage and destroy these plants.
At the centre we sell with a conscience in that customers are advised on when to safely plant their plants in the garden.
Many baskets and bedding plants should not be planted out till the end of may at the earliest!
